Is the WordPress template cost included in the Template package price?
No, with the package price you are paying for our services so you don't have to hassle with setting up a web server, WordPress or a template. The price of the actual template is not included in the base price and varies between our different template vendors.
What is "Business Class Hosting" and why do I need it?
Business Class Hosting through FastLine Media at $9.95/month is required for all of our Template packages. This is where your new website will live on the internet. Email, 3GB of disk space, unlimited data transfer and 99.99% uptime is included in this plan.
Are there any additional fees for the template package?
Additional fees can also be incurred for changes to the template design, extra pages, custom features and logo design. Please contact us for a quote if you are interested in any of these services.
Do I need a domain name? What if I already have one?
Yes, you will need a domain name if you do not already have one. If you do not have one, you can purchase one from us. If you do have one, we can take care of setting it up with your new Business Class Hosting account.
Our turnaround time for our Custom package varies from project to project and can be anywhere from a few weeks to a few months based on the scope of work. Our turnaround time for our Template package is approximately 10 - 15 business days from the date we receive your payment, content and your logo. If you need it installed sooner, we do offer rush service for an additional $75.
You can hire us to design you a custom logo or specify a font for our designers to use with your business name on your new site. If specifying a commercial font, we will purchase the font on your behalf and send you an invoice for the cost.
Will I be able to edit text, images and navigation links on my site?
Yes, you will be able to edit and change all of those thanks to the power of WordPress!
Can I change the links in the navigation?

Will my new website be mobile friendly? Will it contain Flash?
All of our website work is completely mobile friendly and contains zero Flash.
Will I be able to edit the background and/or colors of the new site?
Yes, you will have full access to the theme images, HTML, CSS and Javascript in the WordPress theme editor should you wish to make edits to your theme. It is recommended you have a working knowledge of HTML, CSS and/or Javascript to make these types of edits.
What files do you accept for content and my logo?
We accept text content in any form that can come across in email whether that is a text doc, word doc or just plain email. For images to be used in the content pages, we ask they be emailed across titled to their appropriate page. For ease of emailing the images across please try to keep the file size under 1MB. For logos, we prefer editable format such as a photoshop or illustrator file. High-res PNG with a transparent background will also work just fine.
